Gerald Bouvia III ASID ALLIED 

CEO / PRINCIPAL INTERIOR DESIGNER 

With over 28 years of hospitality and food service industry experience, Gerald has collaborated on a wide range of renovations and new construction hotel projects. In addition, he has extensive experience working on brand Property Improvement Plans (PIP’s) to create brand standard required hotel interiors including brand conversions.

Gerald is passionate about giving back to the community and, as the ASID San Diego Director at Large 2015/2016, he brought a creative way of thinking to strengthen the relationships between members, Industry Partners and other organizations with the focus of building better relations with the public. Gerald is also a regular guest speaker at Design Institute of San Diego.

Gerald is a graduate of Design Institute of San Diego with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He is the CEO and Principal Interior Designer at GB3 Design.

Tony Adamo 

FOOD SERVICE DESIGN DIRECTOR

With over 37 years of experience in the foodservice industry in a career that spans Restaurant Ownership to Food Service Design Tony has worked with several outstanding companies in the field of Foodservice Design prior to collaborating with GB3 Design.

 

As Director of Food Service Design, he is involved in all aspects of business operations spanning development of Construction and FF&E Budgets through Construction Administration and Commissioning of projects. As a Licensed General Contractor, he oversees high-value projects during periods of design, permitting, construction and installation while collaborating with subcontractors, consultants, County, City, and State Plan Checkers and Field Inspectors.

 

Tony volunteers his time as an advisor to the County of San Diego Environmental Health Department Food & Housing Division, Plan Check Program, and has been honored for contributions in design and fixture, furniture and equipment specifications by such clients as San Diego Gas & Electric. He is also an invited guest speaker at Art Institute of San Diego, Design Institute of San Diego and San Diego Mesa College.

 

A San Diego native and a 1980 graduate of the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the School of Business.

Tina Marie Koch  ASID I CID l NCIDQ

INTERIOR DESIGN DIRECTOR

With over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Tina’s career began in restaurant operations working for a local dinner theater and a national restaurant chain. After University, she worked with and developed several successful design firms and has become an award winning restaurant designer.

 

Tina has been an active member of ASID volunteering in multiple board positions and committees, and served as the 2009-2010 President of the ASID San Diego Chapter. In 2013, she was honored with ASID SD’s Ethel M. Siegelman Memorial Award for Meritorious Service.

 

Tina is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Interior Design. She satisfied the eligibility requirements of the National Council for Interior Design Certification (NCIDQ) and has been honored by the Council to serve as a juror in San Diego. Among other accomplishments, she is a Certified Interior Designer (CID) in the state of California by the California Council of Interior Design Certification (CCIDC), a licensed General Contractor in the state of California (CSLB), a member of Interior Design Coalition of California (IDCC) and a duly elected professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). She is regularly invited as a guest speaker at Art Institute of San Diego, Mesa College and San Diego State University, and an Interior Design Adjunct Professor at Design Institute of San Diego.
